What is the boarding location?
Stationsplein 36, 1012 AB Amsterdam. Right next to Amsterdam Central Station.
On which days do you float?
In high season (May to September), we generally float every day between noon and 6pm. This can change due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. Outside the high season please check our ticket page for availability.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our website and on board. If you want to be sure of a seat we advise you to purchase a ticket in advance.
How can I pay on board?
You can pay cash on board but also by card. We accept all credit cards.
How long in advance do I have to be at the location?
Please be there 15 minutes before departure so that the boat can leave on time.
How long does the cruise last?
During the regular cruise, our canal cruise lasts 60 minutes. This may differ for special events.
Are your boats open?
Our boats are open electric sloops with unobstructed views of the skyline. When the weather turns, a convertible roof keeps you comfortable without losing the open-air feeling.
And what about bad weather?
When it rains, we have special convertible tops that we can use. In case of cold weather we have e-heated blankets on board.
Is there a guide on board?
The captain and host(ess) are not only there to float the boat and serve snacks or drinks, but they are also your guides.
What do I get to see during the cruise?
Your captain navigates through the UNESCO World Heritage canal ring. You'll pass the Magere Brug, the grand facades of the Herengracht, the intimate waterways of the Jordaan, and the wide Amstel river. Each bridge has a story.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to consume your own drinks and snacks on board. We do have a bar on board.
Is smoking allowed on board?
In principle, smoking is allowed on board if the convertible top is not being used and if the other guests are not bothered by it.
Can my buggy or wheelchair be taken in the boat?
You can leave a folding buggy or wheelchair with our host at the pier. Unfortunately we do not have a lift.
Can I bring my dog on board?
Please contact our office to discuss whether your dog can join you.
