Where to Board a Canal Cruise in Amsterdam

Where do you board a canal cruise in Amsterdam? At Floating Amsterdam, you depart from Stationsplein 11, right next to Amsterdam Central Station. It couldn't be easier.

How to find the pier

From Amsterdam Central Station, it's a two-minute walk to our pier. Take the exit towards the IJ and Open Havenfront. Once outside, walk left along the waterfront. Look for the Floating Amsterdam flag and our luxury electric boats.

Getting there

Our location at Stationsplein is perfectly accessible. By train, you step out right at our doorstep. By car, you can park at P+R locations around Amsterdam, connected directly to public transport to Central Station. Bikes can be stored in the large bicycle parking garage underneath the station.

What to expect

When you arrive at our pier, one of our hosts will welcome you. You'll be offered a drink as you step aboard one of our silent electric boats. The cruise lasts 60 minutes and takes you through the UNESCO canal ring, past the Magere Brug, the Herengracht, the Jordaan and the Amstel river.
